Cancellations and Refunds

• The Symposium Secretariat must be notified in writing via email if there is a registration cancellation. Appropriate refunds will be made after the Congress.
• The following cancellation policy will apply
  - Cancellations received before or on 02 December 2022 - 75% refund of the fee.
  - Cancellations received between 03 December 2022 to 03 February 2023 - 50% of the fee.
  - Cancellations received on or after 03 February 2023 - No Refund.

AIRPORT TRANSFER

Antalya airport is an international airport in Antalya. There are direct flights from some cities in Europe. The Antalya airport is 48 km away from Rixos Hotels Sungate.

Cost of the airport transfer is EURO 110.- (including VAT, meet & greet services), one way per vehicle up to 2 persons). If you would like to book a private transfer, you can do it through online form when you register to the symposium or you can contact with the K2 Conference and Event Management isrse39@k2-events.com

It takes approximately 40 minutes to get to the hotel from the airport and there is no public transportation to get there. Taxi costs approximately 40.-€ (one way)
